Permalink Descendant of Ukrainian nazi collaborator mooted for NATO top job

Canadian Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland could replace Jens Stoltenberg as NATO secretary general, according to CBC | Canadian Finance Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland is one of the likely candidates set to replace NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, who is leaving his post next year, according to an article by CBC published on Wednesday.  The selection of Freeland, grandaughter of the Ukrainian World War Two Nazi collaborator Michael Chomiak would raise eyebrows, not least in Russia. The politician has paid tribute to Chomiak's legacy, despite knowing that he "was the chief editor of a Nazi newspaper in occupied Poland that vilified Jews during the Second World War," according to the Globe and Mail newspaper.  She reportedly speaks Ukrainian at home and is a former Moscow bureau chief of the Financial Times. Freeland has been banned from Russia for a number of a years, apparently due to her strong support for the post-Maidan regime in Kiev.  The politician is yet to give any official statements on the matter. However, CBC cited “at least four different sources” who said that the official’s name had been tossed around for several months in international defense and security circles to replace Stoltenberg.

Permalink Charles’ empire: the royal reset riddle

April 15, 2022: When the Great Reset was officially launched in 2O2O, it was not done so by Klaus Schwab or Bill Gates, but by Charles, Prince of Wales, heir apparent to the British throne.  Born in Buckingham Place in 1948, Charles is best known worldwide for his failed marriage to Lady Diana Spencer, who died in a road crash in Paris in 1997, a year after their divorce.  His official website announced on June 3 2020: “Today, through HRH’s Sustainable Markets Initiative and the World Economic Forum, The Prince of Wales launched a new global initiative, The Great Reset”.  A royal tweet declared: “TheGreatReset initiative is designed to ensure businesses and communities ‘build back better’ by putting sustainable business practices at the heart of their operations as they begin to recover from the coronavirus pandemic”.  This may come as a bit of a surprise to those who see Charles as a bumbling but affable figure, who talks to his plants, loves traditional architecture, protects nature and tries to help young people get along in life. But the reality, as we will show here, is that he is the head (or the very willing figurehead) of a vast empire of nefarious financial interests hiding hypocritically behind a facade of charitable philanthropy.

Permalink How Shell and BP financed Britain’s Cold War propaganda machine

Formerly top secret files show how the two oil corporations bankrolled UK covert propaganda operations during the 1950s and 60s. The goal was to secure British access to key oil supplies across the developing world. | “Handsome” sums were provided by BP and Shell to the Information Research Department (IRD), which was Britain’s Cold War propaganda arm between 1948 and 1977, declassified files show.  The IRD used the secret subsidies to fund British covert propaganda operations during the 1950s and 1960s across the Middle East and Africa, where Britain’s oil interests were substantial. Today, the value of the payments would be in the millions of pounds.  Such operations involved setting up newspapers and magazines, funding radio and television broadcasts, and organising trade union exchanges.  The objective was to promote “stability” in these regions by countering the threat of communism and resource nationalism, while improving the “public image” of Britain’s leading oil companies.  Ultimately, the goal was to secure British access to the supply of Middle Eastern and African oil.

Permalink Mystery Clots Appear In 50–70% Of Deceased: Funeral Director

Embalming is a unique profession that prepares the body of a deceased person for the funeral. Part of this process involves draining the blood from the corpse and replacing it with embalming fluid to preserve the tissues. While draining the blood, embalmers sometimes come across blood clots in the veins and arteries.  Richard Hirschman, an embalmer of 20 years from Alabama, told The Epoch Times that usually he sees blood clots in the deceased between 5 to 10 percent of the time.  But somewhere around 2021, maybe even earlier, some embalmers across the United States have been noticing a change in the blood of the deceased.  Hirschman said he now sees abnormal clotting 50 to 70 percent of the time.

What is the significance of Chang'e-5 less than 2 billion years old lunar samples? | 1.97 billion years ago, lava was still flowing on the Moon's surface, and now there is proof in the form of rocks.  According to a report published in 'Science', an international team of planetary scientists and researchers from China, Australia, Sweden and the United States has arrived at this discovery. In order to reach this conclusion, they studied samples collected by the Chinese National Space Agency during the Chang'e-5 mission.  Chang'e-5 was an unmanned mission consisting of a robotic lander that landed on the near side of the moon (the side facing Earth) in December 2020.  One of the mission goals of Chang'e-5 was to look for evidence of the moon's youngest volcanic eruptions.
