A group of nearly 100 Chilean lawyers, mostly of Palestinian descent, has filed a complaint with the International Criminal Court (ICC) against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. | The complaint alleges crimes against humanity, genocide, and war crimes committed in Gaza. Led by former ambassador Nelson Hadad, lawyer Rodolfo Marcone, and academics Roberto Mayorga, Juan Banderas, and Hassan Zeran, the group presented the complaint on December 22 in The Hague, with assistance from criminal lawyer Juan Carlos Manriquez. ● The complainants, who belong to the largest Palestinian community outside of the Palestinian State, are demanding an arrest warrant for Netanyahu and other individuals responsible for these alleged crimes. Nelson Hadad stressed that these crimes have been ongoing for nearly 90 days, with indiscriminate bombings targeting the population of Gaza and destroying entire residential neighborhoods, without distinguishing between civilians and combatants.

However, he omits to mention some most crucial parts, namely the real perpetrators and the reason and motivation behind their crimes. The perpetrators are not just “Israelis”, They are Jewish “Israelis”. ● Furthermore, there are about 1.5 million Palestinians who live in Palestine occupied in 1948, who are forced to be called “Israelis” and those Palestinians have nothing to do with the genocidal crimes of Jewish “Israelis”. ● Moreover, violent Jewish American supremacists are not necessarily “Israelis”, they are simply Jewish Americans. The Ministry of Health in Gaza has released the latest toll of casualties in the Gaza Strip, as the occupation continues to target civilians. | 22,835 people have been martyred in The Gaza Strip since the Israeli occupation launched its genocidal war on Gaza on October 7, the Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Sunday. ● The latest toll released on the 93rd day of the Israeli aggression came after the occupation committed 12 massacres against entire families in the Gaza Strip in the past 24 hours, killing more than 113 people and injuring another 250. ● So far, 58,416 Palestinians have been injured by the Israeli occupation's bombardment of the Gaza Strip, which has targeted civilian infrastructure, hospitals, and residential buildings.

Yemen has vowed to continue to prevent the passage through the Red Sea of all ships that are owned by Israel or heading to the regime's ports as long as the ongoing genocidal war on the besieged Gaza Strip goes on. | "We affirm that no Israeli ships or [ships] linked to it or heading to its ports [in the occupied territories] will pass [through the Red Sea], and we are serious about that," Mahdi al-Mashat, the head of Yemen's Supreme Political Council, said on Saturday.

💬 "Our armed forces are the guardian of the Red Sea and behind them are 40 million fighters from our people ready and present for confrontation," Mashat said, adding, “We will continue to prevent [the passage of] Israeli ships or those heading to the Zionist entity's ports, and we will not stop until the aggression and siege of Gaza stops.” "Preventing the navigation of the Zionist enemy is a Yemeni choice to impose peace and [ensure] a dignified life for [Palestinian] people in Gaza," he added.
