A Boeing E-3A "Sentry" Airborne Early Warning plane designated entered the air space of Belarus today | A Boeing E-3A "Sentry" Airborne Early Warning (AEW) and Control plane designated "NATO 11" entered the air space of Belarus today as seen on the FlightRadar24 map above. This does ***not*** appear to be a Flight Radar error. ● The Boeing E-3 Sentry is an American airborne early warning and control (AEW&C) aircraft developed by Boeing. E-3s are commonly known as AWACS (Airborne Warning and Control System). Derived from the Boeing 707 airliner, it provides all-weather surveillance, command, control, and communications, and is used by the United States Air Force, NATO, French Air and Space Force, Royal Saudi Air Force and Chilean Air Force. The E-3 has a distinctive rotating radar dome (rotodome) above the fuselage. Production ended in 1992 after 68 aircraft had been built. ● Awaiting more information or official confirmation.

Anatoly Antonov explained that the situation "continues to slide towards the most unfavorable outcome in the confrontation between the Russian Federation and the states of the alliance" | The United States is doing everything it can to prepare public opinion for the approval of any anti-Russian decisions that may be taken at the NATO summit in Vilnius on July 11-12, according to Russian Ambassador to Washington Anatoly Antonov. 💬 "On the eve of the NATO Summit, the atmosphere in the U.S. information landscape has heated up to the limit. Every possible effort is being made to prepare local public opinion for the acceptation of any anti-Russian decisions that will be taken in Vilnius in the coming days. The situation continues to degrade to the most unfavorable outcome of the confrontation between Russia and the NATO countries. The decisions of the West are posing increasingly insurmountable obstacles to a way out of the acutest political and military crisis, fraught with the most serious consequences for international security," he said. Antonov also drew attention to double standards and the cynicism of the US administration's approach to the conflict in Ukraine.

The bloc’s secretary general says Kiev will not have to go through the Membership Action Plan, unlike other candidates | NATO leaders will “send a clear and positive signal” to Kiev regarding its desire to join the military alliance, Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg told journalists ahead of a two-day summit in Lithuania. Ukraine will be able to skip one of the normal steps for candidates, he suggested. ● Stoltenberg has proposed that member states “remove the requirement for a Membership Action Plan (MAP)” for Kiev. This would change the accession path “from a two-step process to a one-step process,” he explained during a press conference on Tuesday. ● Bypassing MAP is one of the three elements in a proposed multi-year program for Ukraine, according to the NATO chief. Another involves the country moving closer to the US-led military organization by ensuring “full interoperability between Ukrainian forces and NATO forces,” meaning Kiev would predominantly use Western-made weapons. ● Kiev will also be tied to NATO politically through a new Ukraine-NATO council, the inaugural meeting of which will be held on Wednesday. Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky will attend the event, Stoltenberg said.

The 128th Mountain Assault Brigade, which had led the fight on the western part of the Zaporozhia front, has just been pull back from the front line because it had lost too many of its soldiers. ● After the Russian lost a few trenches to storming Ukrainian troops that did not care for their own losses they modified their own tactic. Its troops still leave the forward trenches when under pressure but they now booby-trap those before taking off. These videos show how Ukrainian troops jump into an empty Russian trench only to be blown up by several small explosions. The Russian's need no artillery to do that. The trenches are kept intact but for a number Ukrainian corpses that can easily be moved aside.
