Permalink Opinion by Maria Zakharova, Russian MFA Spokeswoman

After all, there is no national consensus behind Stockholm’s decision to join NATO. [...] The Swedish media conveniently did NOT publish any opinion polls in the run-up to the “historic decision,” either. [...]
Clearly, much has changed in Sweden over the past 100 years since the first referendum was held in the 20th century, and democracy is now in short supply. Crimea, which Ann Linde considers undemocratic, held a referendum, and the people made their choice. There was a referendum in the Soviet Union. In the Russian Federation, a vote was held on constitutional amendments. However, Sweden, which decided to overhaul its 200-year-old security policy, didn’t hold any. Why? The answer is clear. If you take a look at the latest polls, the growth in the number of people who are willing to “march in step with Brussels and Washington” (and spend 2 percent of GDP on defence, which is NATO-approved defence spending minimum) has slowed significantly. According to a poll conducted by Demoskop and Aftonbladet on April 19, 2022 – more recent data is not available for obvious reasons – hardly more than half of Swedes are interested in joining NATO. To put it bluntly, every second Swede understands the morass their American “friends” are dragging Stockholm into.

Speaking of “friends,” it is notable that US senators were visiting Stockholm on the day the “historic” decision was announced. Not rank-and-file congressmen, but leader of the Senate Republicans Mitch McConnell. Sweden has not yet joined the Alliance, but the Americans are already dictating to the Swedish authorities what to say to their people. And this is just a demo of what is in store for them. More than 200 years of neutrality, which guaranteed the Kingdom’s security and prosperity, are now history. So why wasn’t there a referendum? Just because no one has been consulting Swedish public’s opinion on anything for a long time now. The Americans call the shots for the Swedes.

"On n'aurait jamais dû pratiquer la politique de la porte ouverte avec l'Otan. Jamais, l'Otan était une organisation dirigée contre l'Union soviétique, le pacte de Varsovie. On en a fait, hélas, une organisation antirusse. [...] Je ne suis pas sûr qu'elle menace directement la Russie, mais la Russie le perçoit comme comme une menace."

Permalink Big Pharma-funded paper recommends taxing the unvaccinated

A new paper published by Oxford University’s Center for Business Taxation discusses – and in the end supports – the idea of a special tax levied on those who decline to be “vaccinated” against “Covid19”. The paper’s authors argue that a vaccine-related tax would be “justified”...

because 💬 "Taxes on behaviour that is considered undesirable are nothing new“. (And that even if the “vaccines” do cause serious harm to some people…) “some states do adopt policies that can lead to serious harm in exceptional cases when they consider that the benefits outweigh the costs“

Yes, you did read that right. They go on to suggest all sorts of ways of correcting this “undesirable behaviour”, from straight taxation to tax credits for those who have been vaccinated, to vaccine mandates and compulsory Covid insurance for the unvaccinated (which is just another way of saying “taxation”).

Permalink Another NATO leader voices opposition to Sweden and Finland

Following Turkey’s move, Croatia’s head-of-state also seeks a better deal with the bloc.

Croatian President Zoran Milanovic plans to instruct the country’s permanent representative to NATO to block the accession of Finland and Sweden to the US-led organization, he said on Wednesday. Refusing consent would turn the international community’s attention to problems facing ethnic Croats in neighboring Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milanovic told reporters. Under the current election laws, Croat representatives tend to get elected with the votes of Bosnian Muslims, known as Bosniaks. Zagreb is pushing to revise this.

Permalink United States D.O.D issued a contract for ‘COVID-19 Research’ in Ukraine 3 months before COVID-19 officially existed

The world first started to hear about a novel coronavirus in early January 2020, with reports of an alleged new pneumonia-like illness spreading across Wuhan, China. However, the world did not actually know of Covid-19 until February 2020, because it was not until the 11th of that month that the World Health Organisation officially named the novel coronavirus disease Covid-19.

So with this being the official truth, why does United States Government data show that the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) awarded a contract on the 12th November 2019 to Labyrinth Global Health INC. for ‘COVID-19 Research’, at least one month before the alleged emergence of the novel coronavirus, and three months before it was officially dubbed Covid-19? The shocking findings, however, do not end there. The contract awarded in November 2019 for ‘COVID-19 Research’ was not only instructed to take place in Ukraine, it was in fact part of a much larger contract for a ‘Biological threat reduction program in Ukraine’. Perhaps explaining why Labyrinth Global Health has been collaborating with Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance, and Ernest Wolfe’s Metabiota since its formation in 2017.

Permalink UK Government report states all UK Airports must close within the next 10 years, beef and lamb is to be banned, and construction of new buildings must cease in the name of Climate Change

A report produced by Oxford University and Imperial College London for the UK Government reveals that all airports will be ordered to close, eating beef and lamb will be made illegal, and construction of new buildings will not be permitted in order to meet the legal commitment of zero emissions by 2050.

The report states that all airports must close between 2020 and 2029 excluding Heathrow, Glasgow and Belfast airports, which can only stay open on the condition that transfers to and from the airport are done via rail. All remaining airports must then close between 2030 and 2049 as to meet the legal commitment of zero emissions by 2050 every citizen of the United Kingdom must “stop using aeroplanes” for a significant period of time. In addition, the report states that to obey the law of the Climate Change Act the public will be required to stop doing anything that causes emissions regardless of its energy source. According to the report this will require the public to never eat beef or lamb ever again. To do this national consumption of beef and lamb will drop by 50% between 2020 and 2029. Then between 2030 and 2049 beef and lamb will be “phased out”.

Permalink US training Daesh terrorists at Syria’s al-Tanf base to be sent to Ukraine: Russian intelligence service

The Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation (SVR RF) says US occupation forces deployed in Syria’s strategic al-Tanf region, near the borders with Iraq and Jordan, are reportedly providing military support to Takfiri Daesh terrorists and training them for field operations in Ukraine.

According to a report published by Russia’s Arabic-language RT Arabic television news network, approximately 500 Daesh terrorists and militants from Caucasus and Central Asian countries are currently undergoing training at the camp to carry out acts of sabotage and terrorist attacks against units of the Russian armed forces both inside Syria and in the Eastern European country. A number of captured Daesh terrorists have already confessed to close cooperation with US military forces stationed at al-Tanf base in the central Syrian province of Homs on carrying out various acts of terror and sabotage.

Garrett Ziegler, 26, who worked under Peter Navarro in Trump’s office of Trade and Manufacturing uploaded 128,775 emails. Using the name Marco Polo, Ziegler described the emails as ‘a modern Rosetta Stone of white and blue collar crime’. Included in the posts is one from Biden’s former business partner James Gilliar which talked of ‘H’ holding 10% of the equity in a Chinese deal ‘for the Big Guy’. That has widely been assumed to mean that Joe Biden would benefit from the deal. Nearly 15,000 emails, that DailyMail.com has verified, are missing from Ziegler’s database. (link)

Permalink Ireland is Discussing Abolishing Personal Property Rights. Are We Next?

In 2021, a bill came in front of the Irish legislature expanding the ability of the Irish government to seize private properties in the name of the “public good.” It’s similar to the concept of eminent domain in the United States. Britain and Ireland have generally had more stringent property protection, but that’s changing. And one can’t help but wonder at the timing.

On April 22, Ireland’s Minister for Justice, Helen McEntee, announced that there would be no limit to the number of Ukrainian refugees Ireland would accept. Keep in mind that Ireland is a small island nation with approximately 5.04 million residents. Opening the doors of a little country like Ireland to a refugee population larger than the nation itself seems crazy. In McEntee’s announcement that the Irish would not limit the numbers of refugees they would accept, she also said,

💬 “. . .Government will avoid, if possible, forcing people or businesses to give up property or open their homes to Ukrainian refugees.” Pay attention to that “if possible.” The Irish government is not promising anything here. And she went on to say, “Every option is being explored. . . We want to encourage people to come forwards, not to force anybody to have to give up their property or accommodation.”

Permalink Moscow: Finland, Sweden Joining NATO Would Be a "Mistake With Far-Reaching Implications'

On Sunday, Sweden followed Finland in officially announcing its NATO’s bid.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov has stated that a move by Finland and Sweden to join NATO “would be a mistake with far-reaching implications”. Speaking to reporters on Monday, Ryabkov suggested that if Stockholm and Helsinki enter NATO...

💬 “...the general level of military tension will increase, and there will be less predictability in this area”. “It's a pity that common sense is being sacrificed to some phantom ideas about what should be done in the current situation.” “This is another serious mistake with far-reaching implications. But there’s nothing to be done, such is the level of those who make the appropriate decisions in the respective countries”.

The Russian Deputy Foreign Minister also underscored that the security of Sweden and Finland will not be strengthened as a result of their anticipated accession to NATO. He also said that “in what form” Russia “will ensure” its security following the change in NATO's configuration remains another matter.
