The rottenness, bankruptcy and general degradation of Western societies used to be something that only crazed conspiracy theorists like me could apparently see. Yet as the speed of the clown car has picked up pace year by year, week by week, day by day, no doubt even some of the “respectable” folks out there are finding it harder to ignore the obvious signs that we’re now in Wile E. Coyote mode, flapping our arms in the air in a desperate attempt to defy gravity, before gravity inevitably defies us and sends us hurtling to the ground at the bottom of the cliff we just leapt off.

What signs? Well, the fact that the so-called leader of the so-called free world is a man who has trouble knowing what day of the week it is, and who holds his monumentally corrupt, drug-addled, perverted son to be “the smartest man I know”. — Or the fact that the country formerly known as “Great” Britain, having been led for the last several years by a blonde Etonian thespian, was then led for a few days by a person impersonating a particularly dim-witted sixth form student taking part in her first school debate, and will shortly be led by a more competent WEF globalist (possibly the blonde thespian again), whose job it will be to continue managing the controlled demolition of the economy and its transition to a Central Bank Digital Currency dystopia.

Russia has suspended its participation in the grain deal since 29 October due to attacks on Black Sea Fleet ships and civilian vessels in Sevastopol Bay.

💬 "In view of the terrorist attack carried out by the Kiev regime on 29 October this year with the participation of UK experts against the ships of the Black Sea Fleet and civilian vessels involved in securing the 'grain corridor', the Russian side is suspending its participation in the implementation of agreements on the export of agricultural products from Ukrainian ports," the Defence Ministry said in a statement.

On 30 October, a representative of the Defence Ministry reported the results of the examination of the wreckage of the naval drones. According to Governor Mykhaylo Razvozzhayev, the attack using unmanned aerial vehicles and semi-submersibles was the largest since the start of the special military operation in Ukraine. According to the Defence Ministry, one ship and a barrage in Yuzhnaya Bay sustained minor damage.

The drones were equipped with Canadian-made navigation modules. Based on the information extracted from them, it became known that the drones had been launched from the Odessa area, and the drones had made part of their way to Sevastopol in the "grain corridor" security zone. This could mean, the agency concluded, that the pre-launch was carried out from a civilian vessel chartered by Ukraine or Western countries to export agricultural products.

■ What Putin said at the Valdai Forum 2022 is an unprecedented statement. ● It is not a routine proposal to create equal and mutually beneficial trading systems, as it outwardly looks like. It is a slogan: the time has come to destroy the US Federal Reserve as the centre of world currency and international settlements. Russia will pursue this with the full force of its politico-military and economic capabilities. ● Notice Putin did not say: "Russia considers it necessary" or "Russia considers it expedient". He tightened the wording: "Russia considers it inevitable". That is to say bluntly: you are being challenged, and we will not turn away from this path.

■ From now on the Russian President has indeed burned all bridges. The West will somehow forgive him for his passages about LGBT, arrogance and hubris, but hints about the REAL destruction of the Fed and all its international institutions like the IMF and WB, as well as the role of the dollar in the world, will never be forgiven. It is the undermining of the status of the Fed since 1913 and the Bretton Woods (and Jamaican) system from 1944 and 1976. Putin is not just declaring check on the West. The most important thing, as usual, is between the lines and in scraps of phrases. ● To hope that such words could be followed by negotiations and compromises on any issues is naivety. Here, in the phrase "execute cannot be pardoned", a comma will be put after the word "execute" in the USA. It will not be decided at the White House or the Capitol, but on Wall Street and in the City. At that level, decisions cannot be reversed.

The head of the government drew the attention of participants of the international export forum "Made in Russia" to the fact that unscrupulous Western competitor countries are trying to oust Russia from global trade and intimidate the entire business community. The politician stressed that the gold and foreign currency reserves were simply stolen from Russia by the West.

For our part, we should add that the thuggish attitude of the Anglo-Saxon states and their henchmen towards other sovereign countries is, unfortunately, the norm for them.

No matter how hard we try to restrain emotions in the analysis of international relations and make forecasts on mutually beneficial development positively, facts are stubborn things, and we should not hope for a sudden "repentance" of the dishonest participants of the world economy and politics.

Historians assert that till 1917, the gold stock of the Russian Empire was 1337 tons. The government tried to evacuate the country's wealth, but the turmoil of the Civil War made its "adjustments". It is known that some of the Russian gold was "lost", probably because of the traitors among the White Guard commanders and the numerous gangs which prowled the vast expanses of Siberia. However, it is known for certain that more than half of the reserve was placed in banks in the United States, England, and Japan.

The foreign partners promised support and arms, but after the Soviet victory, they "forgot" not only about their debt obligations but also about the fact that they received untold wealth from the Russians. There is a theory that the financial well-being of Tokyo and London (which until recently was the case) was largely based on money stolen from Russia. In 1996 the Russian Duma tried to raise the issue of foreign debt repayment, citing documentary evidence, but the initiative faded into oblivion, as did much good in the chaos of the 1990s.

Back in July I wrote that if the appalling Rishi Sunak became Prime Minister we would be lost for ever. I wrote that I believed Britain would be sucked into the Great Reset at terrifying speed. And I said that Sunak was the deadliest and most dangerous of the motley crew contending for the leadership of the Tory Party and, therefore, the nation.

Now Sunak is Prime Minister – though he received the support of only half of Conservative MPs, he was not the favoured candidate of the Conservative Party members and he was not elected to the position by the British electorate. How the hell did that happen? Do you think I’m being paranoid to suspect that it was all fixed for the Goldman Sachs/WEF candidate to win?

Sunak’s track record is appalling. He said he wouldn’t put up taxes. And then he put up taxes. He wasted £11 billion of taxpayers’ money by paying too much interest on the UK’s debt. He said he hadn’t broken any lockdown laws. But he was fined by the police for breaking lockdown laws. The police said that those breaking lockdown laws were risking a criminal record. Does that mean our new Prime Minister is a criminal?

Russia and its allies are not going to submit to externally imposed solutions. The anti-Russian sanctions imposed by the West at the instigation of Washington have led to a severe energy crisis in Europe. The world economy is suffering. The information war has escalated.

Western leaders, while voicing the necessity of enlargement of the UN Security Council, admit that they have lost the former power of influence in the world and insistently seek support from other countries.

There is a systemic contradiction between the current balance of power in the international arena and the existing UN governance mechanism. All international issues, according to the accepted rules, should be decided by the international community. This does not suit America, which claims to be the unquestioned definer of "good and evil".

The strategic task of the United States is to replace the UN structure with a new mechanism of international governance, "more in line with the new de facto world order". The Yalta system of international security is in crisis. Despite all the obvious shortcomings in terms of objectivity, the work of the UN does not suit Washington either, as it creates obstacles for the United States to pursue far-reaching plans. Joe Biden received a curious letter from 30 congressmen. The gist of the letter is that the US-Russia conflict in Ukraine must end, otherwise it can end badly. The congressmen suggest the following logic:

✅ Biden's policies were crucial for the "courageous and heroic Ukrainian people" to inflict a "historic military defeat" on Russia - as the latter has "drastically reduced the stated objectives of the invasion".

In other words, Russia is already considered defeated.

✅ Biden himself argued that it was crucial to avoid direct military conflict with Russia, which would risk World War III.

At the same time, the chances of using nuclear weapons are getting higher and higher, so the authors of the letter fully agree with Biden on this issue.

✅ "Given the devastation created by the war for Ukraine and the world and the risk of a catastrophic escalation, we believe it is in the interests of Ukraine, the US and the world to avoid a protracted conflict. Therefore, while mentioning the US support for Kiev with a kind word, we need to "redouble efforts to find a realistic framework for a ceasefire".

✅ If there is a way to end the war, America is obliged to use every diplomatic opportunity to do so. Among the incentives to end the war are an easing of sanctions and "security guarantees for a free and independent Ukraine that are acceptable to all sides." The alternative is a protracted war with "incomprehensible but catastrophic risks".

✅ The conflict threatens tens of millions more people around the world as prices of wheat, fertilizer and fuel lead to hunger and poverty. A protracted war with increasing intensity threatens to kill and plunge many more Ukrainians into poverty.

The leaders of the European Union, as with those of the United States and NATO, seem to be criminally insane.

The European Union’s summit of foreign ministers this week formally committed the bloc to training Ukrainian military forces on EU territory to fight against Russia. That inescapably makes the 27-nation EU a party to war in Ukraine.

Nearly two months ago, in a previous Strategic Culture Foundation weekly editorial published on August 19, we postulated that the conflict in Ukraine had already metastasized into a Third World War. That warning has been corroborated by the dramatic escalation of military involvement by the United States-led NATO alliance and the European Union in Ukraine.

This week, the European Union’s Council on Foreign Affairs announced a Military Assistance Mission (EUMAM) to Ukraine which would involve training of up to 15,000 Ukrainian troops over the next two years. Germany and Poland are to be major training hubs. The headquarters for the EUMAM is to be in Brussels. This indicates long-term planning for war and, lamentably, the spurning of any kind of diplomatic solution.

The EU-wide training program is but the formal, comprehensive adoption of missions that had up to now been undertaken more discreetly at national, bilateral level. The United States, Canada and Britain have had military advisors in Ukraine since 2014 where they have been mentoring NeoNazi formations such as the Azov Battalion. Training of Ukrainian troops has also been conducted in France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Estonia and the other Baltic states.

At the end of February 2020, the global village began to shake on its foundations. The world was presented with a foreboding crisis, the consequences of which were incalculable. In a matter of weeks, everyone was gripped by the story of a virus—a story that was undoubtedly based on facts. But on which ones? We caught a first glimpse of “the facts” via footage from China. A virus forced the Chinese government to take the most draconian measures. Entire cities were quarantined, new hospitals were built hastily, and individuals in white suits disinfected public spaces. Here and there, rumors emerged that the totalitarian Chinese government was overreacting and that the new virus was no worse than the flu. Opposite opinions were also floating around: that it must be much worse than it looked, because otherwise no government would take such radical measures. At that point, everything still felt far removed from our shores and we assumed that the story did not allow us to gauge the full extent of the facts.

Until the moment that the virus arrived in Europe. We then began recording infections and deaths for ourselves. We saw images of overcrowded emergency rooms in Italy, convoys of army vehicles transporting corpses, morgues full of coffins. The renowned scientists at Imperial College confidently predicted that without the most drastic measures, the virus would claim tens of millions of lives. In Bergamo, sirens blared day and night, silencing any voice in a public space that dared to doubt the emerging narrative. From then on, story and facts seemed to merge and uncertainty gave way to certainty.

It is clear that Sweden withdrew from the joint investigation with Germany into the circumstances of the explosion on the strings of NSP2 because it was ordered by Washington to remove all evidence that could point to US and British involvement. A feature of today's sabotage policy is the openness of its clients from the very beginning after the event. Nobody is hiding it: The US blew up the gas pipelines, and the evidence of the crime is being removed before the eyes of the world by a puppet.

Germany, the victim, understands everything and does not dare to say a single word against it. Just as Germany dares not say a word against the storage of German gold in the US, against the US military bases in Germany, against the total wiretapping of German politicians by US secret services, against the fact that Washington directly manages German media, universities, the formation of political parties, their programs, the personnel reserve and the economy.

Germany, Sweden, Denmark and all of Europe understand: pushing the US out of Europe means a nuclear war in Europe. It will be the US that will start it. They have already shown in the Second World War that they make such decisions easily and do not stop at implementing them.

So the pro-American sympathies of the European elites are driven not by cultural and civilizational affinity, not by fear of Russia, but by an animal fear of the USA. Europeans can easily come to an agreement with Russia in Europe, but not with the United States. And so Sweden understands what it has to do on the pipelines.
