Militarized police occupy USA

Kevin Barrett

Iraq has spent more than a decade under US occupation. Afghanistan has been occupied for almost 13 years. More than a million people have been killed, and millions more rendered homeless refugees, by occupation forces.

The Zionist occupation of Palestine, too, is sponsored by the US taxpayer. According to the Christian Science Monitor, the US has spent more than a trillion dollars propping up the Zionist regime, which just murdered roughly 2,000 Palestinians, most of them civilians, during its most recent assault on Gaza.

These are just the most vicious and deadly of the many American-sponsored occupations.

America’s rulers have also imposed “occupation lite” on 130 countries around the world. These nations are under de facto occupation by U.S. troops stationed at more than 900 military bases.

But now, as Malcolm X famously said, the chickens are coming home to roost. The U.S. itself is coming under occupation, as militarized police forces – made up in part of hardened veterans of the counterinsurgency wars in Iraq and Afghanistan – are treating the American people the same way they treated their victims in foreign lands.

Truth Is The New Hate Speech

James F. Tracy

Official Public Discourse in America: Censorship and Orwellian “Double Think”, “Political Correctness”

An infirmity once characterizing the past century's most severe totalitarian regimes has now taken root in Western public discourse and practice, a process akin to Orwellian "double think" acting as a form of de facto censorship preempting consideration of major issues and events.

This mindset is obliquely shared by a majority of professional journalists, academics, and public office holders — in short, those who represent and lead public opinion. Once a state-endorsed narrative of a questionable event has been presented to and conveyed by the mainstream news media, it is almost invariably accepted without question by "Inner Party" members.

Such silence is abetted by a mechanical allegiance to prevailing authority figures and institutional power. In possessing such a worldview one reflexively forfeits personal integrity to uphold the collective political correctness and an overarching faith in the given sociopolitical system's truth. Alternative interpretations of such events by the laity can be dismissed out-of-hand as "conspiracy theories," thereby further confirming the Party's creed.

Political correctness ensures that, under penalty of de facto or formal censure, deference to official narratives will increasingly eclipse free inquiry and expression in the West. The notion that one's country is becoming a ruthless police state becomes clichéd, particularly with a lack of historical context. Extreme totalitarian regimes based on, for example, Marxist fundamentalism and unquestioning loyalty to the Party famously utilized internment and compulsory psychiatry to quell political dissidents and unorthodox speech.

Israel: A cornered rat

Kevin Barrett

Israel is strong, mighty, invincible. Israel has truckloads of nuclear weapons. Israel has cluster bombs, DIME munitions, white phosphorous, and other illegal or experimental weapons with which it can kill and maim as many Palestinian civilians as it likes.

Israel is especially proficient at mass-murdering children. Israel constantly reminds us that it can exercise the "Samson option" and drop nuclear weapons on the capitals of Europe and the Middle East. Israel has even colonized America, the world's most powerful nation, exacting billions of dollars a year in tribute. What a stunningly prepotent entity! The world stands in awe of the great and terrible Israel.

That, at least, is what the Israelis would have us believe. But it is just an illusion. Israel is not behaving like a confidently powerful nation. Instead, it is desperately lashing out like a cornered rat in the final throes of rabies.

Israel's genocide against the people of Gaza is sparking a seismic shift in world public opinion. Former New York Times journalist Philip Weiss, a noted Jewish critic of Israel, recently wrote: "There are more signs today that what the Israeli assault on Gaza in 2008-2009 did for the left, the latest assault is doing for the mainstream: solidifying a perception that Israeli leadership has lost its moorings, opening the floodgates of criticism."

Netanyahu's decision to crucify Gaza has backfired. Israel has attained none of its announced strategic objectives: It cannot destroy Hamas, cannot stop the rocket fire, cannot stop Gazans from digging tunnels. In short, it cannot stop the Palestinian resistance from building on Hezbollah's accomplishments in its 2006 victory over Israel.

What is wrong with Israelis?

Every time Israel embarks on a new round of wholesale slaughter in Gaza, polls show that more than 90% of Israelis support the butchery.

For Israelis, mass-murdering children is a spectator sport. When the IDF starts dropping cluster bombs, white phosphorous, DIME munitions and other horrendous weapons on Gaza, crowds of Israelis pack the hilltops to barbecue meat, drink alcohol and cheer as they watch Palestinian children being blown to bits.

Every day in Israel’s major cities, mobs of Israelis gather to hunt down and brutalize Arab children and teenagers. Police stand by as they beat their victims into unconsciousness. According to Israeli blogger Elizabeth Tsurkov, the mobs’ favorite chant is: “Tomorrow there’s no school in Gaza, they don’t have any children left.”

Israelis proudly tweet their desire to murder children: “Kill Arab children so there won’t be a next generation,” “Stinking Arabs may you die, amen,” and “Arabs may you be paralyzed and die with great suffering” are some representative tweets exposed by Israeli journalist David Sheen.

Invasions, Incursions, Infections, Insanity

Kenny's Sideshow

Those in the shadows who think they are in control do not view themselves as insane. They make plans, implement them and wait for results. Somehow they feel that anything they do is in their best interests and some of them may add the justification that they are just following orders and trying to survive. Others think they have something to gain by being a vocal extreme follower of psychopathic ideology and that they too will survive and thrive. Many times those are just useful dupes.

There is a human sickness, whatever the cause may be, that allows murderous actions against the rest of humanity to be celebrated in anticipation of greater power, control and the counting of their ill gotten gains. No, there are a few who will never see themselves or their actions as insane, imagining that they are chosen ones and anything goes.

It has to be frustrating to many of us that the United States has its bloody hands all over so many of the world's killing fields, the psyops that infect us and the greed that is tearing us apart.

Zio-Nazis run wild in Occupied Palestine

Kevin Barrett

Yesterday we learned that three Israeli suspects have confessed to burning to death Palestinian teenager Mohammed Abu Khdair. The killers even re-enacted their grisly deed for police.

The Western media is treating this incident as an isolated outrage. It is not. During the past 14 years, Israelis have murdered one Palestinian child every four days, on average.

During the second half of June, while the Zionist-dominated global media relentlessly hyped the “three kidnapped Israeli teens” story, several Palestinians were shot to death by the IDF, including 15-year-old Mohammed Dudin, who was murdered in Dura on June 20th. Corporate media coverage of the killing of Mohammed Dudin was negligible. To the mainstream media, the lives of Israeli Jews are priceless, while those of Palestinians are worth little or nothing.

Statistics bear out this conclusion. A study by If Americans Knew found that the New York Times, America’s newspaper of record, reported Israeli children’s deaths at 6.8 times the rate of Palestinian children’s deaths.

In an exclusive interview with Truth Jihad Radio, Palestinian professor Mazin Qumsiyeh said: “We have a huge problem in the way American media portrays the situation. Between the year 2000, when an uprising started against the occupation, until today, there have been over 1,540 Palestinian children killed by Israeli soldiers and illegal settlers. These children are barely mentioned anywhere in Western media; whereas every time an Israeli is killed, rare as that may be compared to the number of Palestinian children and civilians killed, we hear everything in detail about these people.”

What explains the disparity? The New York Times, like much of the Western mainstream media, is owned and operated by Zionists. In an article entitled “Do Jews Dominate in American Media? And So What If We Do?” Jewish ex-New York Times journalist Philip Weiss notes that pro-Israel Jews do indeed dominate US corporate media. He adds: “The result is that Americans are not getting the full story re Israel/Palestine.”

‘ISIL: Devil-dolls of the CIA’

Kevin Barrett

Did you know that the CIA manufactures terrorist devil-dolls? According to the Washington Post, CIA operatives have admitted that they fabricated Osama Bin Laden devil-dolls as part of a psychological warfare operation against Pakistan. The dolls looked like Bin Laden – at first. But Bin Laden’s face was painted with heat-dissolving material designed to peel off and reveal the face of the devil.

Terrorizing Pakistani children with Osama Bin Laden devil dolls – it’s all in a day’s work for the CIA.

But wait a minute – wasn’t Osama Bin Laden himself a sort of CIA devil-doll? Bin Laden’s career as a self-professed jihadi began when he was recruited by the CIA and its Saudi proxies to fight against the Soviet occupiers in Afghanistan. Under the code name “Tim Osman” he toured US military bases and received insurgency training from the CIA.

Later, during the 1990s, Osama Bin Laden was manipulated by the CIA (or its Zionist faction) into becoming a plausible patsy for the coming wave of false-flag terrorism designed to ignite a clash of civilizations. As the Muslim world listened to Bin Laden’s eloquent litany of grievances against the West, it was shown a handsome, bearded face with large, soulful eyes. The Western world, however, was shown a demonic caricature – a devil doll created for propaganda purposes.

On September 11, 2001, when the World Trade Center skyscrapers were blown up in explosive controlled demolitions, many observers claimed to see a bearded, demonic face in the pyroclastic smoke and dust clouds billowing from the exploding buildings. According to the ensuing wave of propaganda from the Zionist-dominated corporate media, the face of the devil behind the murder of 3,000 people on 9/11 was Osama Bin Laden.

‘Is ISIL really ‘Sunni’? Not at all’

Kevin Barrett

The Western media describes ISIL – the ultra-extremist terrorists destabilizing Iraq and Syria – as “Sunni militants.”

Headlines read: “Sunni Islamist Militants Seize Mosul.” “Sunni militants capture northern Iraqi town.” “Iraq Army Tries to Roll Back Sunni Militants’ Advance.”

The corporate media casts the fighting in Iraq as a Sunni vs. Shia conflict. The Sunni side, according to these reports, is led by ISIL – a group that was expelled from al-Qaeda for being too extreme.

But is ISIL really Sunni? Many experts say “no.” Some question whether ISIL has a right to call itself an Islamic group at all.

In an interview with Truth Jihad Radio, Islamic scholar Dr. John Andrew Morrow (Ilyas Abd al-‘Alim Islam) questioned ISIL’s Islamic credentials: “A lot of so-called jihad (such as ISIL’s) is not rooted in Islam. Especially if you look at who’s funding it, who’s supporting it, who’s behind it. Western powers have a long history of using jihadists and Islamists to further their own imperial ambitions. In terms of the foot-soldiers, they may think they are fighting for Islam. But if you look closer, you find they’re furthering the cause of the enemy.”

Iraq chaos highlights US ‘idiocy’

Kevin Barrett

ISIL Takfiri militants, tools of Zionists || After 9/11, the US declared war on al-Qaeda. Then it declared war on Saddam Hussein. No evidence was presented linking al-Qaeda to 9/11, and no substantial proof was presented that Saddam Hussein possessed WMDs. But the American people were terrorized into compliance.

On May 1, 2003, George W. Bush, a deserter from the military, dressed up in military uniform and declared “mission accomplished” in Iraq. Later on May 2, 2011, Obama declared that Osama bin Laden had been assassinated and then thrown into the ocean “according to Islamic custom.” Mission accomplished? Saddam hanged? Bin Laden thrown to the fishes? Iraq and Afghanistan happy, peaceful, prosperous democracies? - Hardly.

Afghanistan has become a narco-terrorist playground and a failed state. The US is tripping over its own feet and bombing its own soldiers as it tries to find a way out of the “graveyard of empires.”

And now a “too extreme for al-Qaeda” spin-off called Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) has taken over Iraq’s second-largest city, Mosul, and much of Nineveh Province. It has menaced Tikrit and plans to march to Baghdad. This band of fanatical terrorists is backed by remnants of Saddam Hussein’s old loyalists. It is also backed by America’s supposed Mideast ally, Saudi Arabia. Many wonder whether the US itself and its partner-in-crime, Israel, are also secretly supporting ISIL. The American people have good reason to wonder what is going on.

Is Boko Haram a psy-op?

Kevin Barrett

"15 School Girls Escape Boko Haram Kidnappings – 185 Still Missing. One of the trucks that was carting the girls away reportedly broke down after it departed from the school premises. As the militants busied themselves with fixing the truck, 15 of the girls jumped out of the truck and ran into the nearby bushes. They were able to escape without being noticed because the terrorists were distracted by the broken down vehicle." (Caption: BellaNaija.com)

We are told that a radical Islamic group called Boko Haram has kidnapped schoolgirls in Nigeria. This classic good-vs.-evil tale pits crazed Muslim extremists against adorable innocent children. The whole world demands the rescue of the girls, and deplores the evils of "radical Islam." - It is a terrific story - the stuff Hollywood films are made of. But is it true?

Though the story is hogging the global media spotlight, it is full of gaping holes and wildly inconsistent official pronouncements. The Christian Science Monitor, hardly a bible of conspiracy theorists, points out:

"For all the urgent headlines and advocacy, however, what is still missing are basic facts. It is unclear how many girls were abducted, who they are, who did it, at what time, and exactly how."

A story featuring unknown heroines and unknown villains performing unknown actions at an unknown time does not even qualify as a myth. The word "rumor" might even be an exaggeration.
