Permalink The U.S. State Department Has Published a Pep Talk to the People of Russia...

Dmitry Medvedev (Дмитрий Медведев) The State Department has published a pep talk to the people of Russia, like we love you all. | It ends in their typical vile Jesuit style: "We stand in solidarity with every one of you who seeks to create a more peaceful future." And the war in Ukraine, they say, is not worthy of such everyone.  Even for these first-rate freaks, this is the height of cynicism and the limit of moral degradation. The United States is spending tens of billions on the war in Ukraine, supplying its weapons on a gigantic scale, exterminating thousands of people with other people's hands. This is outrageous cynicism in the best traditions of the Nazis. Yes, in fact, the sons of bitches, who are such nonsense, are the true heirs of Reich propaganda minister Josef Goebbels. Only this stillborn nonsense has no effect on anyone. And the answer to it, you will get not in the cabinet silence.  The main present for the New Year with a set of Zircon missiles went to the shores of NATO countries yesterday. Their 1,000-km range with a hypersonic of Mach 9 and the ability to use any charge is guaranteed to overcome any missile defense. Let it stand about 100 miles offshore, close to the Potomac River. So rejoice! [Emphasis this editor] (Translated with DeepL.com)(Free version)

Permalink One-in-four Europeans have trouble heating their home – survey

The situation is most dire in Greece, where more than half of respondents are struggling to pay heating bills, a think tank has found | According to the survey, dubbed Europe Project, 26% of EU residents, or roughly 100 million people, are unable to properly heat their homes. Greeks appeared to be the worst affected, with 56% of the population facing difficulties with heating. In Portugal and France, 34% of residents described the same problems. Finland, Hungary, Austria and Denmark were the least affected, with less than 15% of residents admitting to difficulties.  Every fourth respondent in the survey said they were unable to pay their heating bill at least once during the past year. That figure was also the highest in Greece, with 51% of the population affected, followed by Cyprus with 37%, Ireland and Bulgaria, with 35% each.  The respondents blamed inflation for their problems, as rising prices on everything from energy to food impact their ability to pay bills.

Permalink Drone Shot Down Over Russia’s Sevastopol - Governor

Permalink Review of studies on vaccine-induced myocarditis finds that the Science we're meant to be Following pervasively obfuscates the risk of the mRNA jabs for young men

Of the few studies that even attempt to assess the population-wide risk of myocarditis following vaccination, nearly three-fourths neglect to include the proper stratifiers | This review, co-authored by Vinay Prasad, sets out to assess the literature on the risk of myocarditis in young men following vaccination against SARS-CoV-2. Of 758 articles considered, the vast majority (89%) didn’t attempt any systematic risk assessment at all, and only 29 looked at population-wide risk. Of this meagre number, only eight properly stratified adverse events by sex, age, dose and vaccine manufacturer. This matters enormously, because the risk of myocarditis is heavily concentrated in men under forty following their second Pfizer or Moderna vaccination.  By failing to break out these specific categories, scientists can write studies that overlook the risk of the vaccines for younger men, effectively by spreading their heightened risk across broader subgroups or even the whole population.  The problem isn’t that a memo went out from Science Headquarters instructing researchers to cover up the obvious fact that the vaccines are clearly and beyond all cavil a bad deal for males under 40. It’s rather that science is subordinate to broader political, social and cultural forces, all of which incentivise research showing that the vaccines are safe and effective, and disincentivise research showing anything else. One kind of finding will get you promotion and grant funding, the other will – in the best case – simply be ignored. Cast in this light, the sheer paucity of studies looking at population-wide risks from vaccination in the first place begins to look deeply ominous. This is an entire area nobody wants to look into, for fear of what they might find.

Permalink FACTBOX: Orthodox Christian world celebrates Christmas

Until 1917, Christmas had been one of the official holidays in the Russian Empire. It had not been celebrated in Russia until the 1990s | On January 7, Orthodox Christians around the world celebrate one of the most important holidays: the Nativity of Jesus. Celebration date: On January 7, Christmas is celebrated by the Russian, Georgian, Jerusalemite, Polish and Serbian Orthodox churches, the Athos monasteries in Greece, as well as the Eastern Catholic Church and the Old Believers. The Roman Catholic, Protestant and ten Orthodox churches (including the Church of Antioch, the Church of Alexandria, the Church of Cyprus, the Bulgarian Church, and others) mark the date earlier, on December 25. The reason is different denominations adhere to different calendars: Julian or Gregorian. Christmas tradition in Russia: The holiday is preceded by a strict 40-day fast, which lasts from November 28 to January 6. On Christmas Eve, the festive liturgy is served in all churches. At the end of the service, a lighted candle, symbolizing the Star of Bethlehem, is brought out and placed in the middle of the church. Christmas kicks off a 12-day season commonly referred to as Christmastide or Yuletide. According to the Orthodox canons, believers should offer prayers glorifying Jesus Christ. In the folk tradition, Christmastide has always been a time of festivities, outdoor games and performances by mummers, fortune-telling, as well as caroling. The Christmas period ends with the feast of the Epiphany on January 19.

Permalink German government claims Covid vaccine research is “dangerous for democracy”

Investigating the government's response to the Covid debacle would be "dangerous for democracy," claims chairwoman of the German Ethics Council and government adviser Alena Buyx, who supported mandatory lockdowns, mask orders and vaccinations during the pandemic | Many have noticed that the most outspoken officials responsible for the brutal COVID restrictions and mandates suddenly stop talking about the past few years and wish the growing scandal to go away. Left-wing news outlets are even calling for a “ pandemic amnesty ,” exonerating the government, Big Pharma and the mainstream media from all legal ramifications for their actions.  Not only the economic and mental health damage is enormous, but also the loss of life as a result of the measures, especially the vaccines. Excess mortality has risen explosively.  Not surprisingly, those responsible for advancing and implementing the disastrous pandemic measures are now behaving like drunken drivers who wake up the next day and realize something terrible has happened. They hope no one notices and calls them to account. NoTricksZone reports: An example is Alena Buyx, chairwoman of the German Council for Ethics , who served to provide the necessary moral cover when the German government imposed brutal lockdowns and experimental vaccinations against the wishes of many people. Buyx was an outspoken promoter of mass vaccination and restrictive measures. In an interview with the left-wing German newspaper Die Zeit, Buyx said the need for an investigation is “understandable, but it is incredibly toxic. It has a profound effect on polarizing society. And it is dangerous for democracy.”
