Israeli Knesset’s deputy speaker Moshe Feiglin has called for the “annihilation” of the Palestinian territory of the Gaza Strip. ● Feiglin, who is also a member of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s ruling Likud Party, wrote about the plans in a post on his Facebook page at the weekend, the British Daily Mail reported on Monday. The Israeli official also called for “the conquest of the entire Gaza Strip.” He spoke of plans for the destruction of Gaza, which would include expelling residents and shipping them across the world. Feiglin also wrote about his plans in a letter addressed to Netanyahu, in which he said he wanted the measures to be enforced as soon as possible. In the letter, Feiglin said he wanted Israeli military forces to find areas on the Sinai border to set up “tent encampments… until relevant emigration destinations are determined.” Furthermore, he wants Gaza’s electricity and water supplies to be disconnected before shelling the besieged area “with maximum fire power.”

A 72-hour ceasefire between the Zionist entity and the Palestinian resistance in the Gaza strip came into effect, as the occupation military announced total withdrawal of the besieged territory. ● Shortly before the truce began the Israeli air force staged at least five raids on Gaza, which has been since July 7 under brutal offensive that killed nearly 1900 people and injured more than 9500 others most of them are civilians that included hundreds of children and women. Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation army announced it would withdraw completely from the Gaza Strip, when the agreed ceasefire takes effect. IOF would deploy outside Gaza in “defensive positions” when the three-day ceasefire begins, army spokesman Peter Lerner told journalists. It was the second time in four days that the two sides had attempted to observe a 72-hour humanitarian truce deal, with the last attempt on August 1 -- brokered by Washington and the UN -- shattering in an explosion of violence within just 90 minutes.

An android game that allowed users to fake dropping bombs on Gaza, has been removed from the Google Play store after complaints. ● The game was designed for Android devices and allowed users to "play" at bombing Gaza. Since its release on the Google Play store on 29 July, it had been downloaded around 1,000 times for use on smartphones or tablets. But had many negative reviews, with one user calling it "shameful" and provoked complaints on social media on Monday. According to the app's description, the aim of the game was to control aircraft, drop bombs on cartoon militants, "and avoid killing citizens". The description also said it was accompanied by "Israel's theme music".
