Russia will support OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe) mission in Ukraine towards dialogue, Lavrov noted. All illegal armed groups in Ukraine must be disarmed, he added. “The steps that must be taken include the following: all illegal armed groups must be disarmed, all administrative buildings must be returned to their legitimate owners,” Lavrov said after four-party talks on Ukraine in Geneva. “All protesters must be amnestied except for those who committed grave crimes,” he stressed.
